Definately. Its fun, interesting and there is a shortage of them. Its a degree that leads to a job at the end which is nice.
Particularly electronic engineering. Many people get it confused with computer science and do degrees in that. Engineers build smart phones, computers etc and they programme the special processors used in industry for sepecific tasks. Computer scientists write apps. There is a massive shortage of electronic engineers in the world right now.
Plus in the future a lot of jobs will be done by robots, so building and programming robots is a pretty safe job.

Think what the future looks like! Everything you just imagined was made possible by electronic engineering (probably unless you are thinking of genetic engineering)

      totally!

engineering helps you understand the world around you! I look at things now and can understand why it might be like that, how it was made and also question “why did they do that?! that’s so silly!”

Opens the world up to you being able to make it what ever you want it to be!

Yes! If you love making things then they’ll be a type of engineering that suits you.
Also, the world is short of many types of engineers and it is engineers that are needed to build a better future for us all and overcome the challenges such as climate change.
