This is a great question! So my favourite part about physics is being able to ask any question you want and finding the answer. I love following things through logically to work out difficult problems, and being able to apply weird maths to real-life problems. For actual topics in physics, I love particle and nuclear physics. I particularly enjoy learning how particle detectors are designed. Because each particle is detected in a certain way, the designs are always really fun and clever. Particularly really old detectors that were first used to detect things like electrons! Check out all the weird patterns you get in bubble chambers 😀
