I’m probably not. But what makes me a good engineer is problem solving. I’m good at finding ways to build something that fixes a need. I am also good at team work which is important for engineering as very few projects are completed by a single engineer.

oft! not sure i’m the best! but i will always try my best! I am always trying to make myself and everything around me better including my team.

I think as long as you are doing the best you can do, noone can ask anymore of you and you will always achieve what you set out to, might take a little longer than some others but everything is achievable.

I am definitely not the best engineer. Usually I am asked to build some software to solve a particular problem and being curious/nosy helps! I am good at asking why and if I still don’t understand I’ll ask why again until I do understand. Asking why is very important as there is no point in building something if you don’t know what the problem you are trying to solve truly is. Asking lots of questions helps me understand the current way things are done, the pros and cons of this and the hopes and concerns people have for a solution. I also work hard, always do my best and try to listen to everyone’s ideas as the best answer can come from the most unexpected place!
