Question: Has an accident ever happened to you using electrical stuff?

I once was plugging in a lamp at home and received an electric shock, that was exciting. I lived. In industry though, there are a number of very strict and well designed procedures with working with electricity and so the chances of an accident are reduced to as low as possible and so I am yet to have an accident here!
